As you already know, this website is growing rapidly and even I can’t control this growth. That’s why I’m looking for people to work for me in different areas of this website, but besides marketing, I can do pretty much most of the tasks.
I believe marketing is an important part of a company, no matter the industry it falls in. This is especially true for a small-scale organization such as this website. So here are some of the roles I prefer for my potential trust helper.
SEO is a serious matter when it comes to marketing. It’s also one of the most difficult parts of marketing that require years of experience. You have to be able to do market research, technical optimization, and link building to qualify for this position.
You should also be knowledgeable when it comes to Google. Being an expert with keywords and other search engines is also a plus. That said, being able to use meta tags and sitemaps will help us a lot.
You’ll have to know about content optimization such as meta description, meta title, URL, keywords volume, and more. You’ll also have to consider the quality of the content I create and optimize it for a better rating in search engines, not only in Google but other less prominent search engines, too.
You will have to work on the quality of content that can be considered for guest posts. This may also include placing external and internal links in the content. That’s why this position will have lots of tasks where you’ll work with the content marketer.
Social Media Marketer
Social media is one of the top sources of traffic for a website. That’s why I’m also on the lookout for someone who’s experienced with social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
Since there are many offers on this website, I’ll need someone who can market these free resources to the members of this site’s newsletter. This is also to retain our users.
